January 15th: National Bagel Day

On this episode of National Podcast Day, we come to you again from WI- truly the center of America's breadbasket, but sadly not its bagel heartland. Here, people of course consume bagels but generally without the passion or emphasis on authenticity that defines true bagel lovers. This material and cultural vacuum has also created a population wandering around with its own pronunciation of the "b-word," which you will come to thoroughly understand throughout this episode, celebrating National Bagel Day.
